OST Basics
The OST Basic training is designed to be the entry level training for people entering the
OST and VoIP in general. The course program introduces participants to the variety of VoIP
protocols, their advantages and weakneses, as well as to the most common used Open Source
Telephony engines.
After the course participants should have a good grasp on the general view of the VoIP
technology, as well as be capable to use the well recognized OST engines and solutions
themselves.
Duration: 3 days
Prerequisites: General knowledge of the IP protocol, layered protocol design, basic unix skills.
