OST Best practices
During the OST Best Practices course, participants will have the chance to learn the most widely
used approach, and proven architectural solutions to both - most common, and quite fresh scenerios
which will be helpful in both knowing and deep understanding of the basic rules and technological
merits for this solutions. The participants will learn about both - the strictly technical aspects
covering security, scalability, flexibility and manageability of different VoIP platforms, as well
as proven and de facto industry standard ways of building and enforcing policies and procedures
involved.

Prerequisites: General knowledge of IP and VoIP protocols, basic unix skills, at least basics
traditional telephony knowledge, VoIP experience a plus.
